    Working Out!!

    So I have to do this thing for school, and everyone in the school has to do a fitness goal for it.
    Now I am doing P90X and Insanity: The Asylum
    5'3'' 120 lbs. (Still in Middle School, and I am active, got little abs already, but slight fat covering it)

    My schedule is to go through all the disks for P90X and Insanity, flip-flopping between P90X and Insanity everyday. (two disks per day, Cardio X/Core Synergistics + another one)

    Weekends are rest days.


    Any advice?

    I have no idea what you're talking about in regards to P90X or asylum w.e. However, I would stick with conventional dumbbells, weights, squats etc. while drinking protein shakes. Nothing beats the old school way of toning your body. Throw in some cardio here and there as well.

    A simple google would suffice. Insanity/P90x = insane workout programs. Not nessecarily needed, but definitely yield quick results. In my case, I run before and after school, I do pushups/situps before bed and when I wake up in the morning, and I workout at the gym + in my weight training class at school. I've lost a lot of weight so far.

    These are actually very intensive exercises created by professionals. At your age doing those will definitely lead to tendinits / tenosynovitis. Not to mention create the impression that your actually fatter (because when you over exercise, especially on a regular basis your muscles start to swell, this is different than them being "bigger"). If your skinny and want to work out jog for about 20-40minutes a day.

    I can't go jogging in the morning because it's too loud and I have younger siblings (treadmill).
    And I can't go outside because the sun isn't even up yet.

    And I am doing Cardio everyday plus another video.
    I like to keep it intense because I like it and once it gets intense, I seriously can't stop.
    At the high school there is a weight room, so I hope to spend most of my evenings there with some friends.
