Working Out!!
So I have to do this thing for school, and everyone in the school has to do a fitness goal for it.
Now I am doing P90X and Insanity: The Asylum
5'3'' 120 lbs. (Still in Middle School, and I am active, got little abs already, but slight fat covering it)
My schedule is to go through all the disks for P90X and Insanity, flip-flopping between P90X and Insanity everyday. (two disks per day, Cardio X/Core Synergistics + another one)
Weekends are rest days.
Any advice?
