quick question

actually I have 2 questions. How many posts are needed before you can PM?
Also how do I become a MEM LVL1?

100 posts for member level 1. Ten, fifteen or twenty for the ability to PM. Just go to General for a minute and post some shit.

Thats not right I have seen people with 40 or less posts with mem lvl1.

Maybe someone has + repped them or something like that. I don't really know how it's working but i dont care much about the mem lvl.

I believe it's about as much as you need for being able to PM - that being 15 or 25, can't quite remember. Either way it's not much, just visit any one of the more active sections and you'll have it in no time (CA / CF / MC / general).
