Dell's customer service is shit. All they do is talk off a fucking script. When it comes down to the point, NONE of the fucking tech people know what to do. They keep asking you to "hold one moment" and other shit. I just need you to fucking come here and replace my motherboard because it's fucked up and it's under my warranty. What does Dell decide to do? Fucking try every software solution there is before sending someone out here. Decide to fuck up my laptop and all of my shits broken.

Don't get Dell computers. They're shit.

Get a custom built dog. Got mine for 1 grand. Nice i5 4 GB Ram, Nvidia GTX 460.

Don't by apple earphones either.

I needed a laptop so I went with their XPS line. Worst decision ever. And yeah, my Apple earphones broke within the first month of use.

Off topic, but if you want nice earphones that WILL last, I suggest TDK Traditional. Only 7 bucks.

Dell's computers aren't completely POS's. I mean if you're lucky enough to get that one small working computer, then you've earned a profit.

They have decent priced computers, and since I needed a laptop, I went with a good spec, cheap one. Dell was the one I found. Now I'm hating it.
