AGE QUICK QUESTION YO YO

I was wondering about this. When are you older than 17 1/2 but younger than 18? in exactly 2 months away? 1 month? etcc.

When your 1 - 2 months away from your next birthday. Duh.

Older than 17.5 and younger than 18.

The function for that: 17.5 < X < 18

There is 12 months in a whole year, now count.

American (specifically California) I suppose teenager (13-15) can't count to 12?
