Simple Program

Hello, would someone help me out, I was wondering if someone could make a program that works like this:

I hold/hit the right mouse button all other keys stop working

Release the right mouse button keys work just fine.

They might help, I'm not sure, I didn't really look at them, but they look pretty promising.
And to get it to use the right mouse button would require using hotkeys, which are always glitchy, cause there are many codes for hotkeys, but only certain ones will work for some people

Most likely Globally.

you can go it with windows api calls, but need to be admin to run the code with an effect.

I'm not very good with programming, I play a game and when I quickscope I have the habit of not letting up w,a,s,d so i can never get the quickscope. So I suppose globally

well, when u would blocked all keys u cant shoot when quickscope..

Block all KEYBOARD keys. Not mouse (at least how i understood)

yes that's exactly what I want, I'm willing to pay for it.
