😠 really need help urgent!!!!

ok well i just both a ultimate game card and tried to redeem it on z8 games website and it wasnt working so i went to the ultimate game card website and tried to do it from there and it said i had to like get playspan account thing and get it off there...so i did that and i have a 10 dollars ultimate game card and i try to put 10k z8 games and it says it isnt available again?? please help me!!!! ireally hope i didnt waste my money...

Don't freak out, just contact Z8 regarding about the issue and they should help you out.

In your case, I don't think you need the transaction IDs and error message, just leave them blank because they are not required.
