Your not exactly true. This is the sequence of the dog tags:

For the 9 days, you have to complete each daily mission. During those 9 days, if you don't do a daily mission and decide to skip it for a day, then the next dog tag gets delayed because you did not finish your mission. I'm not sure if you get what I mean, but I'll keep going. So hence, if you skip one daily mission out of 9 days, then to get all the dog tags, it will require 1 extra day to finish, thus resulting in 10 days to get 9 dog tags.
If you miss 2 daily missions, then the dog tags will be delayed TWICE, meaning you will earn all your 9 dog tags in 11 days. Etc, etc, etc.
To get all the dog tags in 9 days exact, then you have to complete each daily mission non-stop without skipping one for the 9 days. So, you have to finish you daily mission 9 times in 9 days, straight. Then your dog tags don't get delayed, so it builds up to CROSSFIRE letters freely.

HOW DELAY WORKS:
Let's say you missed one daily mission, and you so far have C, R, O, S, S, and F dog tags. If you didn't skip that one daily mission, then the next dog tag they give you should be either I, R, or E. But since you missed one daily mission, you will not be rewarded with any dog tags, even if you finish the current daily mission. If you finish daily mission the next day, THEN you will be rewarded for another dog tag.

But of course this will work. It doesn't matter on which server you do the mission. As long as you finish it, your good.

i never skip any mission... but the last time i got like C,R,O,S,S,I,R,E, i tried to finish missions to get F but i never got then i keep doing mission in the next 2 weeks still the same... so i think ur solutions is wrong, its all about random..

let me correct you its not lik wat you think its just a random tags which we get each time after mission the delay isn't calculated the way you told above because it never happened to me like that may be you got that way.... Even if i complete my mission daily some times i get the same tag twice n even 3 times too
