Have you gotten rid of the hack at all for sure?
You probably left SndDrv.dll in your CF Folder.

Download the SndDrv backup from this thread: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/243-crossf...-4-2012-a.html

Extract it, put it in your CF Folder.
