need hack download assistance for aimbot

well guys, i found a website that has a free aimbot download, but i wanna know if it has any viruses or anything..... can some1 tell me how to find out if it has any viruses?? thx this will help heaps!!!

oh and it says .rar at the end of the name of the download. does it mean anything??

rar is a winrar zip format (I perfer 7zip which does rar as well) Also to know for sure if its virus free download it but DO NOT OPEN IT. then go to this site and upload the file and it will scan the file and tell you. Online malware scan
