I need some help.
Recently someone I pissed off in Skype got my ip. They said that they have my mac id and a few hardware ids(my mobo and cpu) and they have been slowing my internet down 
Can someone please help me stop them from ddosing me. I already changed my ip and my internet was 39 mb/s faster. They must have used my mac id or hardware ids to find my ip because I am getting ddosed again I don't know anything about hacking or preventing hackers so could someone here please help me out? I don't know what to do. I ran 3 virus scans(avg, norton, superantivirus, and anti malware, and I found 300 tracking cookies. I scan regularly and only usually find 4 or 5.
BTW, this person has a lot of connections with hackers, I found out after it was too late D:
Also, if you are wondering why I pissed the person off, I trolled them(made fun of them, acted like a jackass) because my friend told me to. I thought that they deserved it and found out that I was actually just being a dick later on(my freind just wanted me to get this guy mad at me, he had prior been ddosed himself.) I usually troll people for my friends if they deserve to be trolled, I didn't know that this guy didn't deserve to be trolled and that he was going to do this to me.
