I haven't seen something like that before. :/

Does it look similar to this?

You can try system restore... What's your operating system?

Also, maybe take a picture of the problem? Maybe on a phone or a camera, and then uploading it here?

Well, that's a pretty uncommon virus you got caught there. I've never seen it.
Looks like you visited a malicious site. Probably how you got it.

If you can, get Malware Bytes Anti-Malware. You can do Safe Mode with Networking, that way you have Safe Mode along with Internet.

Download it and install it. Run the updates. Then do a complete scan of your computer in Safe Mode using MalwareBytes.

Download MalwareBytes here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
now i got malwarebytes anti malware pro version XD
at the start he just detected 9 objects
awesome anti virus

Alright then. Looks good.

After the scan is finished, you'll have to go to the 'quarantine' tab on the malwarebytes menu. That's where you can view all the threats at the end of the virus scan and delete them after the scan.

I also should have said this in my post, here's another way you can deal with this:

Here's what to do:
Boot into safe Mode.
Go to the following registry keys and DELETE IT.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run/lock.exe HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/RunOnce/Gp
After you delete them, open Run (in Vista, press Windows Key + R). Type msconfig.
Go to Startup. Search for lock.exe and disable it.
Reboot Normally. Then Update your antivirus then scan. It should work fine.
Got it off another site.

But, instead, download MalwareBytes and scan.

Wow what a bizarre looking error. Never seen that before.
If doing what @Hero said didn't work (it should work with what he said 90% this is 100% virus), just re-boot. Back-up all important files you need to a USB stick, and re-boot using a CD.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/RunOnce/Gp
i dont have the Gp
so
malware bytes anti malware is my last stand on that scam virus
