Server sided ... Didn't work (At least on the FB version )
Yeah. Like the other's said; Cheat Engine would be your best bet. The coins are server sided so you can't really do anything about it nor "hack" more coins for it.
Is there a hack so you can , for exemple , always win ?

doubt it.
though there is probably a strategy.
I've tried some strategies and i've found out that even moving your mouse 0.00000000001 pixels can make the ball go somewhere else.
tl;dr - there practically is no strategy/placement to pot the 8 ball every time on your first go.
I think cheat engine wont work cause its probally server sided
