I'm sure an OCed i5 3570k + 670 would be fine to run it at maximum.
I have i7 2600k and GTX 580 and I run Crysis 2 with the texture and hi res pack also at ultra quality on everything.
I get quite a lot of frames per second.

Maximum frog, Crysis 2 wasn't looking that great from my point of view because Cry Engine 3 is more Jungle based, probably this will do better.

The thing about Crysis 2 and 3 is that they don't look so great in video. They look amazingly epic with screenshots, but when you play the game it's almost like there is an overflow of detail and you can't really take in all the information until you stand still and observe the scene. Almost like an overflow of detail.
