Help Please.

Hello, i keep getting blue screen when i play nfs:w and its says "Out of memory".. I Updated my video card drivers and installed directx 11 but its didint fixed it i keep getting blue screen and my computer restarting.. can same one help me?
My computer info:
Windows 7 64bit
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz, 2500 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 4.00 GB
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT

this error appears only when u plays nfsw?
or in other games, the same error appears?

Well it's not the fact that his getting "Out of memory" errors since after some digging i did find out that it's a common problem in NFSW but the fact is that he installed the wrong video-card drivers and he keep getting BSOD

Edit: Seems his problem was a overheated videocard... in a 3 year usage period he cleaned the PC like 3 times no wonder the PC was restarting with a black screen. Suggested to reinstall the VGA drivers and he should be fine.

The System is Good , the prob is the Video Card , i guess you use old Driver for it , so check nvidia page and get latest ( use Beta driver thats what i did for my nvidia card)

Ech.. i got second problem.. Dont want to create new post so i will post in this one agian.. I installed windows 8, now i wanted to download a need for speed world but, when i open "setup_1055" file its started to download and when its shoulda be done i got a error..

Try to find a solution in google but iam not that good on it.. So can same one else help me? : )
