Model change?

So there is this person in this server changing their model to like a wrench and a radio, and they also changed their model from CT to T. I was wondering if anyone know anything about this?

it was just a random person, wasn't a admin on the server.

If you are CT and u see a T with ur equipment, dont worry, restart the game.
