It looks good. I like just the horizontal borders too.

Effects looke pretty damn good, I like the text too. The only real issue I seen here was the fact that the render is really choppy and hard to make out.

Remove the stroke from the text though :|

Incorporate the effects that were in my tut on your other tags, such as lighting and the character menu.

No everyone has been using Bsg style lately and its getting old but IO says since its bsg's style 9/10
