Something like that. Allows you go to underground. You have to be right under them, and have the Cross hair right under him, in order to hit him. Dig mostly bugs a lot, in certain maps, like Khali and what not.

I have wellington's Hack 1.7, it works for me Hoooooooooooood. Its not detected, I tried it.

Their not detected yet, but most likely they soon will be. It's open to the public, really can't stop it. :@
