So MPGH has been saying "Website not Available Error" a lot.... Its lasted over 2 months D: Hopefully its done giving me that error, but guys, what the heck happened to the hacks? And whats this "Phantom" hack in Kreem's hack?

You just needed to flush your DNS and clear your shit to get rid of that error.
And the hack detection got better.

There are more releases now.

Good thing that you didn't come around a week earlier. There were hardly any undetected hacks and a lot of members had to wait a long time in order for the contributors to finally release one of their hacks because of the Xtrap crap.

Welcome back to MPGH then, I dunno why you got this error seriously, weird..

Hacks are getting patched/detected really fast, xtrap does a good job ! I don't hack so I guess that "phantom" is like a cham or something like that.

happens alot at MPGH just spam the F5.
Theres a lot of crossfire hack these days.
