What hacks have you attempted to run?
Have you tried the GameGuard bypass yet?
Have you tried the .ERL GG file remover?
Try uninstalling AVA, deleting every residual file left over, and reinstalling. After you have reinstalled AVA, run the game with no other processes open except the mandatory system processes. If you still have an issue, send a support ticket to Aeria. If not, attempt to use or of the hacks we offer. Cycle through the hacks to did which one is the culprit for your problems.
.ERL files will only cause problems if they were generated during the current use of a hack that is non-bypass.
