when i open crossfire it says file is changed: W[2007] L[2] rez\RF129.REZ and it stops loading at 86%

Don't try to use rez mods, they're patched if you don't have a bypass for HGWC 
Make sure your anti virus / firewall isn't interfering.
well i have a bypass for hgwc but not releasing
