MPGH Macro Pro.
Tested on Windows 7, 64 Bit.
Instructions :
1) Open MPGH Macro Pro as Administrator.
2) Click on "On"
3) Run AVA.
4) When you're on AVA, go on Settings, Keyboard and change your "Fire" key to the middle mouse button.
5) In-Game, simply press F4 to activate and shoot with the "Left" button on your mouse.
Notice : You cannot use Jabberwo0ck's UAV Hack or any others hacks that you need to press END key to activate because if you press END key it will close the Macros.
