Today I played MVM and meet a guys who used infinity uber being demo. It was on official MVM server. Does anyone know something about it? Its a bug? Or hack?

Yes its a glitch involving the canteen
There was already a post on a forum that will remain unnamed explaining a bit on how this exploit is done. It has nothing to do with canteens.
