How to create a theme.
1. Create a new project, name it whatever you want (I'll call mine advanced theme)
2. View the code.
3. Put this in.
Code:
Me.BackColor = Color.DimGray
Me.ForceColor = Color.Lime
4. You have super awesome advanced theme.

Thank if this helped.

If you want a much more advanced functions then say.
Code:
Me.BorderStyle = BorderStyle.FixedToolWindow
