how to create speedhacks?

How i can make speedhacks for games or what programms are need to do it?

it very much depends of what type of 'speedhack' you would want to make and even more on how the game is built, if you could tell us what game and give us detailed info (for people who haven't played the game) you might get an answer or two.
but don't expect too much from questions like "how do I haxx?"

ok the game is called Splinter Cell Chaos Theory i think a speedhack cant createt for it (i tried it with Cheat Engine) with other games it was done.

Then you must type the numbers etc. in the little box to download.

Look at the video again, notice: after 1 min and 10 secs, theres a timer on in the window....NOTICE that the time is going very fast, so in this case....how to make a speedhack: record a game then edit the video to play 4 times as fast or whatever you prefer!

That sort of speedhack is impossible to make...

what you might be able to do is for example remove the reload time (or make it veryfast)...

You probably can't create a speedhack, but there are some avaliable.
