But I'll check back after about half a month to a month, and if there are no reported bans (from trusted members) I'd love to use it.

You could just get all of the camo's in that amount of time. Still, a good call if you don't want to have the risk looming over you.

I couldn't solely because I play casually.
I'm only rank 26 and have only played 4 or less hours since release.

No, creating your own camo would require either 1.) Direct modification of the code, or 2.) Modification of a current camo (texture file.)
