Task manager Problem

Hello,I First downloaded something and i found out it was keylogger so deleted it and changed my e-mail and that crap but i cant open my F@#!ing
TaskManager Please Help.

If you need, i can make you an external Task Manager... so you can search if the Logger still active...

Does it say something like "Taskmanager was disabled" or does it simply close/not appear?

I think the logger prevent the TaskManager from opening...

Yes but i need the way how it does. If it's killing the process with an endless loop, disabling it in the registry or moving the taskmgr.exe.

it says Task manager disabled by administrator
