RotMG Console?

Hello i just found a bug in rotmgtesting its like a developer console. Anyone know anything about this console?
I only typed in some random letters like: "4d65ftv7zbunml,öä" and then it opend

For me it's the "ñ" key, I believe for keyboards that are not in spanish it'd probably be the "~" key. Also note this doesn't work on prod.
