Yes you could but i would recommend to buy it from the selling/trading section. The prices are around 1-5$ im selling for 1.5$

Buy a new key off MPGH and use darky key changer to change it, it will save alot of money

If you buy another one off of steam you have to do it on a different account and it only has to be Arma II OA, or you can buy one here on the market place and then use Darkies Key Changer in order to change the CD Key.
