Play the game, and find some weapon you easy can kill many people with and stay aline
Small maps alos helps, if you have the pre-ordered version or "higher" use the Moshpit thingy for smaller maps and faster kills

There is nothing.

Lawl There are trainers all over the Black Ops 2 Hacks area. I know of 2 and 1 of them i tested. They work you just may be disabled.
