WTF ! Is That Proplem When I Press On Patcher.cf It Takes While Then Msg Saying failed to download version.ini i even re-downloaded the game

I Downloaded The Files When I Start CF The Verson.ini Becomes Empty WTF !

u just need to download a new version.ini
