Nexus 4? Depends on where you buy it from. If its direct from google then it works with any GSM operator. The other option is to go to a GSM provider like ATT or Tmobile and ask if they sell the nexus 4.

No, sprint isn't a GSM provider, they use CDMA like Verizon.
