No cooldown hack

Hey guys,I was trying to search for a no cooldown hack but i cant find it. I searched for 2 days if they are fake just say so.I am searching for a hack that wuold help me play not a bot.Thanks

No. But on topic: no this will not come out as it's server sided. It is possible to make a hack for this but it's illegal and you can go to jail.

That would be so OP I would get about 700+ AP and just spam Karthus ult all game.

I would laugh if I saw this in-game.

It was never allowed, per se, rather someone found this glitch and exploited it.
