Darky's KeyChanger Issue.
Everytime I change my CD-Key and join a game manually or via dayzcommander it reverts back to my previous globally banned key? Please help.

I'm only assuming that you downloaded a keystealer on the internet and it messed up your registry.

No I fixed that error not too long ago. This time it is reverting my CD-Key backed to the globally banned steam one everytime I join my server. Darky's KeyChanger even says it changed the key.

Log out of steam and close it completely then change it, open dayz commander, change the settings it uses upon launch, and uncheck launch through steam.
See if that works.

Only 2 things I can think of:
1. Registry is still messed up
2. Do you Launch Using Steam?
