Computer Help

Ok so I ran a full scan on my computer with McAfee. I turned it off for the night, next morning I turned it on. It resets the Windows Classic and ZERO icons. It said error cannot run C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not accessible.
Acess is denied. AND I am the Administrator. I tried cmd, Task Manager and even yet, I HAVE NO INTERNET. I can't even get a connection and I had connection last night. Can you help? /help

You done fucked.......um, McAfee was probably like, oh everythings a virus so lets delete it alllllllllll
why dont you try restoring to factory settings?

The other thing is that I can't do Shield that need the approval. I found a good guide but when I click it, the screen does nothing, it just stays there and I still have full control.[COLOR="Silver"]
