How do you convert from a HEX key to a CD Key (like Darky's changer does)?

There's a tab called: 'Conversion', set the conversion you want. In your case 'Hex-key to CD-key' and vwhala!

Actually, I did not add that part in after, I simply bolded and underlined it since you people can't read the entire post.... "Such as in Darky's" refers to the fact that Darky's tracker can do this; I was wondering how this functionality worked and how I can do the same thing...
Darky key changer!
Not sure how many times I've said this, I'm looking for the programming method to do this, not the program to download to do it!
Still looking for a way to do this.
