I tested on CF EU as well.
CF NA window gets always in front of anything else.
CF EU window can be backwarded by any other window.
dunno how you can minimize it but that's how i deal with it.
It's always been like that. and it's very fucking annoying cause it screws up multitasking...
It's meant to be fucked...
