You have to earn custom tags/titles.

You will need atleast 1337 posts or you have to be a donator.

There are several tags.
Staff tags, Special Tags, and Customized Tags.

Staff tags apply to like Minion, Middleman, Minion+, Moderator, Global Moderator and etc..
Special Tags apply to Donator, Trusted Member, Super Users and etc..
Customized Tags apply to whatever you desire to make and put it on once you reach a certain amount of posts starting at 1337 or being a donator.
