Looks nice. But black guy doesn't go with the colors.

Start with something you can work with. Like my signature. It uses space well and.. I forget what it looks like ima edit this

took off all the gmap layers

You also have "negative space" to the right, just like in Doc's.

The smudge is looking better than your last. Like Doc said, watch your color usage. Make sure everything compliments each other.
See How you started some light smudge on the right side? If you kept going with that, it would have covered a bit more of that negative space.

See How you started some light smudge on the right side? If you kept going with that, it would have covered a bit more of that negative space.

I had my smudge settings all wrong on my spiderman signature, i was wondering how in the tut i was following how he was smudging so smooth and getting it to go in the direction he wanted, but the tut was not in english so i was just going by what the pictures were

but yeah i agree, the right side is way to empty. and since this is a smaller canvas i wasn't sure what to do or add. i just wanted to keep the focus on the focal and not get to crazy with brushing and stocks.
