Not bad but the colors feel all wrong to me. Also massive pitch black space and you thought mine was bad. Keep at it though. You'll find a sweet spot eventually.

The smudge is looking better than your last. Like Doc said, watch your color usage. Make sure everything compliments each other.
See How you started some light smudge on the right side? If you kept going with that, it would have covered a bit more of that negative space.

but yeah i agree, the right side is way to empty. and since this is a smaller canvas i wasn't sure what to do or add. i just wanted to keep the focus on the focal and not get to crazy with brushing and stocks.
