Update: Not Normal at all. Packets sent and received is small as fuck. I have like 12 billion.

That's what I told him. It's happened to me at least a half dozen times. They always give me this bullshit story of "Your connection wasn't clear enough, and the system automatically capped you to a lower speed.". Lies.
