Update: Not Normal at all. Packets sent and received is small as fuck. I have like 12 billion.
Lately a friend and I have been experiencing some major internet throttling.

Same ._. My youtube buffering keeps pausing and the video quality keeps changing by itself from 360 to 240 due to the lag. I don't get it. No one shares my bandwidth, even when all computers are off and no one is home.

Your ISP might be fucking you over. 5 separate times they have lied to me and capped my internet.

Mine are only in the millions.
Contact your ISP. You may have been capped, which they technically are not allowed to do without notice and reason.

That's what I told him. It's happened to me at least a half dozen times. They always give me this bullshit story of "Your connection wasn't clear enough, and the system automatically capped you to a lower speed.". Lies.

Funny how that's true but so many companies do that.
I'm going to make them upgrade my download speed and bandwidth as compensation. Fucking dicks.
