Well it all depends on how much internet you are using within a given timeframe. Which seems to be 1 day 12 hours in the circumstance. For the average, or even above average internet user, your bytes sent and received seems good. I also see you have been uploading a lot of stuff, your bytes sent is very high. So all in all, it seems good.

300 Mbps is pretty good, a 150 to 200 gets you great connection, which is really got mp games
It depends on your ISP however, the 300 is only the max that your comp can handle
