You definitely need to upgrade your wireless tech. I had an old ass linksys router from 2005 that I had been using up until late last year where I switched everything over to wireless N. Everything is wavy.

Do you suggest I change my entire ISP allinall or just my wireless adapter?

Well it all depends what is your ISP and the speeds you are paying for? 34mbit wireless bandwidth isn't enough for tech now days especially if your house has multiple phones/consoles/computers/tablets etc connected to it all trying to access the internet which is why I would try replacing your adapters+router with some wireless N tech which would up your wireless bandwidth to like 300mbps.

That could be a reason, I mean... 4 computers, 2 tablets, 2 house phones and 1 console . I'm thinking of getting another router because I only have one and that could be an issue

I would research some wireless N if I were you to get an understanding of what it is and how it compares to older wireless G technology so you have an understanding of what you're getting into. Then spend some time reading reviews for wireless N routers and adapters. I personally have an Asus router that I think is pretty good.

I was watching YouTube, so it's probably because I'm downloading more than uploading
