Client Emulator Concept ?
Hey guys, after reading this thread: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/242-crossf...se-analyz.html

I was wondering... What if you could make a CLIENT Emulator?
Where you could connect to the server with it, and send out fake packets of data.
Doing this you could possibly create a sort of "Server-sided Trainer / unlocker" ??

You could then change server based information (if you say it like that, it more or less becomes illegal )
But maybe make it not change server information, rather replicate the information the client creates(for legal purposes) :P

What do you guys think??
already a guy called @TrollerCoaster started the project... i dont have a fuckin idea what he did so far
but his idea was making a bots so you can farm
@kmanev073 no my idea was totally different, its to make a client where the server thinks its actually a crossfire client, and then it sends the same data back to the server as if u won a game or got a gun but without actually doing it. And that actually also gives u illegal access to the server in a way...

So, in a way, you want to make a client which sniffs out packets of "data" sent to the actual server. Manipulate it from within this client which you could send the same packet or "configure" it so you can send other stuff? I'm not entirely sure, you can get sued a hella' lot for it.

Yeahhh that basically was the plan.. Ill make sure use plenty of IP scramblers

Probably safer to make a farm bot or something,, thats a bit risky with all the illegal doings and what not u kno.. XD

I highly doubt that you would be able to get usable strings, as they would probably be encrypted in MD5 and in SHA256 (or just strings encrypted in "jibberish"). I'm not entirely sure about the laws and regulations in Canada, but I'm pretty sure that they can also use US laws & reg. to enforce their ToS. They would notice suspicious activity on your account, they would instantaneously suspend your account for investigation because they would obviously take logs of transactions on your account. Anyway, if you do happen to create a perfectly usable packet sniffer for CrossFire PLEASE call me. (Although I highly doubt it.)
