It doesn't work like that as far as I know.
And I don't know if any hack can do that anymore or if they ever could.

Sounds very unlikely due to the fact that it's a server command. Which would require RCON's and what not.

For one, a clientside noclip IS a spectate script.
Sethhacks clientside noclip, did the same thing. It returned you to the same place you started.
Nor is it possible, to make a noclip script, that actually makes you noclip.

Noclipping and all that crap is all server sided, not client, so I think it may be impossible.
