No. Some badges, like 2 of them, get you banned temporary, but no, no chance to get banned.

I mean i saw in battleon in realm merge shop that has a class points boost for 20mins. Is there possible way to get the spam packet code of it?

The 10 min boosts can be obtained because of sponzard. It's a different setup.
