Can't use codes! Help Me & Get A Free Code!

I got 3 codes for a giveaway package, none of them are working. All are saying error redeeming code. I already contacted AC Support and Webzen, they are f***ing worthless. I am getting error code 861, whoever helps me resolve this issue and get my code to work will get a FREE code from me.

And yes, I am incredibly pissed off.

It absolutely doesn't, I even made a new account to check if that was the error. I hadn't used a code anyway though.

All account can use only 1 radeem code.

I have used no codes on any accounts, that's not the issue.
