Blake it don't work that way. You are trying to make the dimensions larger height wise I get that,
But when you do that it stretches the image and makes it look like shit.
You can make stuff smaller provided that you're using the correct scaling dimensions.

You can't If you make it bigger, its going to stretch the image and make it look horrible.. its just not possible.

Why not just use that size? The change you're looking for isn't even that substantial.
Like Dylan said, you can't make it bigger without jacking up the quality. Only smaller.
