Banned on my account?!?!?! What?

Hello Currently i have been banned in my account dico3000 since i was using a VPN called Hotspot Shield and the person named p00l was using it too and we had same I.P addresses, yes they start in 85.237 you can ping them since they are hosted 24/7 For HotSpot Shield Elite Members like me. So i would like you to review this situation that i got banned because i was using VPN.
I can provide any screenshots and any proof that i am using a VPN and the I.P that i was banned in which was start in 85.237 Belong to Areti LDA internet service which my shield works with. I will be more than happy so share you my screen and explain how i was banned unfairly.

With VPN:
The I.P vary throught countries but if i choose UK the I.P will vary but will always start in 85.237

No VPN: Reserved for admins only i will not be sharing my real I.P

Weird ..
I have been using Hotspot Sheild since a long time for browsing Youtube (because Youtube is banned in my Country) ..
I use hotspot everyday and it's not affecting my MPGH account

The thing is that someone that got banned was using it so was i and we had same I.P since we used it at same time... Now i am banned just for that probably you wont get banned since you are kind of trusted staff..
My real I.P atm starts 101 i guess.

Also ofc it will affect since the shield will connect you to one of their servers hosted by Areti. This means you will have an I.P starting 85.237 and will show on MPGH to admins ....

I contacted @Dave84311 he told me i was banned in the VPN I.P but he did not proceed to un-ban me since he did not know it was VPN Now i got screenshot showing and @Symmetrical also can confirm what I.P he gets when he connects.

On the VPN choose UK and tell me what I.P u get in whatismyip website...

I do use it on MPGH because I browse MPGH and Watch Youtube vids at the same time ..
I'm not using Hotspot Elite ..

2. Do you think some admin will look at this to give some help ?

1. There is NO option for me to choose UK or US .. (I think because I never update it)
2. I don't know.. (I'm not suffering any issues .. )
