*REWARD* Auto-ignore bot spam client*

I am giving out a one time reward of 5 (five) life potions out to the first person to make/add an auto-ignore function to players/bots that spam a message every second on the 5th second. Translation: 5 seconds transpire, someone (bot or not) spammed the same message every second, they get ignored automatically through the /ignore <person> command. If hackers/scripters get cleaver and lengthen their spam messages to bypass this, I also request that the add-on have enough flexibility to circumvent this. Currently, the spam counter for most bots are 1 message every second.

DEPENDING ON THE EFFORT AND QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT, I WILL MOST LIKELY INCREASE THE REWARD TO 7 LIFE OR A FREE 4/8 WITH T12 GEAR.

I want it to be an added feature to already popular clients, such as:

-If this feature already exists in a client somewhere and you take credit, I will NOT REWARD YOU for your "effort".
-I also request that this be updated regularly. The EASIEST WAY FOR YOU TO DO THIS is to give the code to Dico or Droppy so they can simply keep the coding with their client. NO, I will not keep rewarding you 5 life potions for each update.
-After you have posted the client and get mod approval. Send me your in-game name here or via PM and I will give you your reward. I don't go back on promises.

Seems like a good idea. From what I remember, somebody started a project like this a while ago.

You can probably tell when the filter was turned on by looking at the chat log in this image:

Filter I used. Seems to be fairly effective. Hope it helps those who want to integrate this into a client.
